In the early-2000s, the Panama City Beach, Florida market was evolving. Small beach hotels were being replaced with new more luxurious offerings for vacationers. Stamp was tapped to create a brand and implement a marketing strategy for a new 22-story luxury condominium resort to compete with other real estate offerings entering the new upscale market.
